“I have 12 panels to power my house with solar. There are not that many incentives in Virginia to go solar, but we went ahead with the installments for personal reasons. We have two electric cars and wanted to offset the energy cost of those.
Every now and then people ask me about my solar panels, and I like to spread the word because there aren’t very many where we live. I often share that there’s a better way to do things with this technology. Once you put them up and start to see the electricity come in, it’s pretty amazing!”

Brian George, age 32, is a pilot by trade and a father of two with his wife, Brooke, living in Alexandria, Virginia. The George family originally moved from Texas. They are enthusiastic about the outdoors and spreading the word about solar energy and electric cars.
